Every decision and action is built on experience, learning, and genuine passion for marketing and people
With 12 years in marketing, I've embraced the fact that change is the only constant, always looking for innovative ways to connect and communicate
My years as a coach and lecturer have been some of the most rewarding, helping unlock the incredible potential within each founder and participant
Leading a team has taught me to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and scale marketing efforts for growing business demands
Getting accredited as coach at Innosuisse gave me the right kick to finally dare to start my own business. I guess otherwise I would have felt like an imposter amongst all those incredibly smart and successful entrepreneurs.
Cheers to the rollercoaster of entrepreneurship – with mind-boggling learning curves and valleys of self-doubt and fear. But I would never want to trade this experience.
From launching UBS TWINT to introducing Instagram as a channel: A lot of sweat and tears went into this position. However, I am forever thankful for the opportunities that were provided to me.
Yep, exactly that master’s degree that has been portrayed in the movie “The Driven Ones”. What shall I say…
Who I really, really am?
An outsider in school. A graduate of University of St.Gallen. A tiger mom that drowns her daughter in kisses. Somebody that loves Amaretto Sour and Thai food. Somebody that always sees the glass half full. And never takes herself too seriously.
No fluff and strategy slides for the shelf. I only advise on matters that I have either implemented or used myself or see substantial added value in. I distance myself from creating assets just because they are pretty.
Time and money are limited assets, particularly for small or new businesses. Whatever we opt to invest in will significantly impact our business. I strive to stay informed about the latest updates and trends to advise my clients based on global best practices.
I wear my heart on my sleeves, and you can always expect honest input and feedback. I am loyal and unafraid to ask what may seem like foolish questions to any team member occasionally.
I truly believe that performance increases when people enjoy their work and their colleagues. So, you might hear my laugh across the room or the Zoom call every now and then.
After all, life is too short.
Betalane is a combination of the two words »beta« and »lane«.
In the digital world »beta« stands for a product that is almost finished. Strongly believing that done is better than perfect beta stands for the approach that I pursue in marketing.
However, what worked yesterday might not work tomorrow. Choosing a new lane means not only learning faster but always challenging the status quo and redefining default standards.
